The DISC Analysis

DISC is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. Everyone is different and is motivated by different things. DISC is used primarily for a coaching tool with your team. The DISC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others.

Direct & Decisive: Person places emphasis on accomplishing results, the bottom line, confidence. Sees the big picture, can be blunt, accepts challenges, gets straight to the point.

I - Influence

Optimistic & Outgoing: Person places emphasis on influencing or persuading others, openness, relationships. Shows enthusiasm, is optimistic, likes to collaborate, dislikes being ignored.

S - Steadiness

Sincere & Support: Person places emphasis on cooperation, sincerity, dependability. Doesn't like to be rushed, calm manner, calm approach, supportive actions.

C - Compliance

Quality & Accuracy: Person places emphasis on quality and accuracy, expertise, competency. Enjoys independence, objective reasoning, wants the details, fears being wrong.

After our candidate has been made a job offer they must complete a series of validated assessments called DISC. TTI SI is the only provider of DISC assessments in the marketplace that generates 384 unique reports, based on both the high and low scores revealed in each individual's two DISC graphs (natural style graph and adapted style graph).
